Heart Healthy Tips

 

February is Heart Healthy Month.  We need to take care of our bodies.  As a health coach, my motto has always been what can I "add in" to feel even better.  One of the foods that is great to add in is berries.

Not only are these foods good for your heart, they are great for your whole body and create a healthy lifestyle and may even lose weight.

 

BERRIES, Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries – they are all heart healthy gems. Even though they area out of season, buy them frozen, microwave until warm, and spoon onto oatmeal, crepes, and even grilled meat.
GOOD SOURCE OF antioxidants, fiber, phytonutrients.
